Starting 21st Feb

Salt Course

A space to explore life’s big questions from a Christian perspective.

What is it?

The Salt Course is a space to explore life’s big questions, from a Christian perspective. You might be curious, sceptical or interested in exploring the Christian faith. Some are simply interested in having a good discussion about the stuff that matters. All backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.

What happens in an evening?

When you arrive, you’ll be allocated to a table, which is a group of 6–10 people who’ll be with you for the course. We’ll begin with a (free!) dinner, courtesy of the good people at Caffe Nero. After that, we’ll have a short talk and a wide-ranging discussion on our tables, both about that week’s question.

Six Big questions

What are the topics?

  • Meaning: Isn't there more to life than this?
  • Satisfaction: How can I be happy?
  • Morality: How can I be good?
  • Hope: Is there a future for humanity?
  • Truth: Who can I trust?
  • Peace: How do we overcome anxiety?
